What size should I take in trousers and jackets?

We usually advise customers to take their usual size if they wish to wear the product on its own, or if they wish to wear something underneath we advise 1 size up to allow for clothing.

Do the products come with warranty?

Yes, 6 months manufacturers warranty against manufacturing faults or defects

How long does delivery take?

All items are dispatched the next working day after payment , then delivery can take up to 48 hours after this. Please allow 3 to 4 days from ordering for the item to arrive. Rural delivery may take a day longer.

Returns (Change Size):

If your item is the wrong size we are happy for you to return it for the correct size within 10 DAYS of purchase.

Do I have to pay to send my order back to you?

Unfortunately, we don’t provide free returns label so you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning your order back to us

What if we don't have your size available?

No problem. We can have the item custom made to your measurements. There may be additional costs for this depending on the customization

Can I change the design of an item I wish to purchase?

Most definitely. We can work with you to come up with the design or changes you want.
